- For online pickup orders, the 7-day window begins when the customer is notified the item is ready for pickup.
- A valid original receipt is required.
Condition
- Items must be in new, unused condition: no markings, creases, or damage.
Refund method
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Non-returnable
- Special orders.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Used or damaged items.
Online orders (shipped)
- Initiate via the website Contact page.
- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The store may require return of the damaged or incorrect item before a replacement is issued.
- Return shipping instructions provided if needed.
- Replacements are subject to availability and limited to one per customer.
Gift returns
- Gifted items return for store credit only.
- Same 7-day window. Valid receipt required.
How to apply
- Quote the policy directly.
- Confirm receipt and condition before promising any outcome.
- Online-order issues (damaged, incorrect, missing) escalate via
open_issue rather than resolving in-thread.
- Do not promise outcomes on exceptions or replacements.
- Refer to “staff” or “the team,” never name individuals.
