Window

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • For online pickup orders, the 7-day window begins when the customer is notified the item is ready for pickup.
  • A valid original receipt is required.

Condition

  • Items must be in new, unused condition: no markings, creases, or damage.

Refund method

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Non-returnable

  • Special orders.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Used or damaged items.

Online orders (shipped)

  • Initiate via the website Contact page.
  • Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The store may require return of the damaged or incorrect item before a replacement is issued.
  • Return shipping instructions provided if needed.
  • Replacements are subject to availability and limited to one per customer.

Gift returns

  • Gifted items return for store credit only.
  • Same 7-day window. Valid receipt required.

How to apply

  • Quote the policy directly.
  • Confirm receipt and condition before promising any outcome.
  • Online-order issues (damaged, incorrect, missing) escalate via open_issue rather than resolving in-thread.
  • Do not promise outcomes on exceptions or replacements.
  • Refer to “staff” or “the team,” never name individuals.
