Covers all indie suppliers we source from — not just RPGs. Includes zines, MTG/TCG accessories, tabletop terrain, minis, comics, small-press, crafters. Unified because they share the same fragmented access pattern (direct email, discount codes, no standard catalog) that the ingest tool addresses.

Running dump sourced from Panat’s email search (“wholesale” in sent). Not yet structured — raw capture. Formal schema + sheet to follow.

Patterns observed

• Most suppliers use direct email + discount code rather than a wholesale portal. This is exactly the fragmentation the ingest tool addresses — no central auth, no API, no standard catalog.
• Shipping origin matters for lead time and weight/cost (Gametee 2kg limit, Battle Systems US warehouse workaround).
• Discount structures vary: flat basket discount, % off MSRP, per-SKU wholesale pricing. Schema needs to capture all three.
• Several suppliers are also publishers (Exalted Funeral, Floating World, Paradise Systems) — “supplier” and “publisher” are overlapping roles, not distinct.
• Distributors (IPR) carry multiple publishers — dedup risk: Swordfish Islands titles may be orderable via IPR and direct. Need to track preferred source per publisher.
